Filipino - Canadian Athletes Make Team Canada for 2025 World Dragon Boat Championships
Four Filipino-Canadian athletes from Alberta are among 18 paddlers from Edmonton selected to represent Canada at the largest-ever International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) World Championships, happening July 14-20 in Bradenburg, Germany.
Their selection highlights both athletic excellence and Canada’s vibrant multiculturalism. With years of training behind them, the athletes are ready to chase gold.
