We hired Bernardo Maximo in 2024 to handle our PinaProcess application and paid $5,000 for his services. Unfortunately, we have experienced poor communication, unanswered calls, and no proper updates.

When we contacted IRCC directly, we discovered that our application had been returned in 2024. We were not properly informed, and valuable time has been lost.

We trusted him with an important matter for our family, but this experience has caused us significant stress and frustration.

We intend to file a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory authority regarding our experience and investigate our options for recovering the money we paid.
