Mr Carlos fails to respond after taking deposit

Gave Mr. Carlos over $5000 to file an application for my Filipina wife and he has taken zero action and is unresponsive. Waste of a year of our time and $5000. I will be placing a complaint with the Ontario law society. Do not use him, save your time and money.
